About Me

I have come through a lot. I have experienced pain, rejection, loss, disappointment, difficult seasons, personal battles, setbacks, and moments when I did not know how I would keep moving forward. Life has stretched me, humbled me, and forced me to discover strength I did not know I carried. But through it all, God has remained faithful.
What life taught me is that hardship does not have to destroy you. It can develop you. Pain can deepen your compassion. Pressure can strengthen your character. Rejection can redirect you. Setbacks can teach you how to rebuild with greater wisdom. I have learned that what tried to break me also helped shape the man, leader, pastor, author, and mentor I am becoming.
I am Ladarron Gross, a servant of God with a deep commitment to empowering this generation and the generations to come. My life and ministry are marked by resilience, compassion, and a passion to see people transformed through truth, restored through freedom, and established in Kingdom authority. I do not minister from theory alone. I minister from lived experience. I know what it means to survive difficult chapters, rebuild after disappointment, and continue believing when life becomes painful and uncertain.
Rather than allowing my past to define me, I have allowed God to use it to strengthen my faith, mature my character, and give me a greater heart for people. Because I know what it feels like to be wounded, overlooked, rejected, and uncertain about the future, I carry a genuine burden for those walking through similar seasons. My heart is to meet people where they are, walk with them through healing, and remind them that their past does not have the authority to determine their destiny.
My message is grounded in Scripture and refined through experience. I challenge people to rise beyond limitation, break destructive cycles, confront the things keeping them bound, and step fully into their God-given purpose. I believe freedom is essential for those who desire to walk in spiritual maturity, healthy leadership, and lasting transformation.
God has also placed a strong burden in me to see captives set free, spiritual strongholds dismantled, and lives restored through the power of the Holy Spirit. Through preaching, teaching, mentoring, prophetic ministry, and deliverance, I help people confront bondage, overcome trauma, and pursue wholeness.
I carry a pioneering spirit and a passion to see regions shifted, atmospheres transformed, and lives aligned under the lordship of Jesus Christ. I am not afraid to confront religious systems, challenge complacency, and call leaders into deeper obedience, accountability, character, and spiritual responsibility.
My heart burns for revival and spiritual awakening. I want to see leaders raised who are rooted in character, led by the Spirit, and strong enough to carry responsibility in difficult seasons. I want my voice to bring clarity in confusion, conviction in moments of decision, and hope to those who are ready to move forward with faith and courage.
What life taught me is that you can survive what you thought would destroy you. You can heal from what wounded you. You can rebuild after everything falls apart. You can become stronger without becoming bitter, wiser without losing your heart, and more compassionate because of what you endured.
My mission is to see lives restored, leaders developed, and generations empowered to walk boldly in freedom, authority, resilience, and purpose. I have come through a lot, but I did not come through it for nothing. God is using my story to help others believe that they can rise, rebuild, and become everything He has called them to be.
